About The Role
The Merchandise Allocator is a proactive and detail-oriented member of our retail merchandising team.
This role primarily focuses on supporting with visual merchandising, merchandise allocation, and replenishment processes for our apparel and footwear products.
The role requires a passion for fashion in footwear and apparel, possess strong analytical skills to drive our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales through accurate allocation and merchandising strategies.
This role requires a high level of communication as it will act as the voice of the Merchandise Team between our support office and our retail store team.
Responsibilities
Allocation of all products lines and management of stock replenishment to stores and online warehouse
Execute visual merchandising guides to ensure our stores are set up to win
Assisting the merchandise manager and planners with various merchandise projects
Be a key team member of the Retail division delivering strong results against all set deliverables in alignment with operating plan & store objectives
About You
At least 6 months experience in a similar role, preferably within the Retail industry.
Previous in store management and/or visual merchandising experience would be advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and attentive to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent time management and self-motivation.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications, proficiency with MS Excel is a must.
