Project Manager - Contract Administration
The successful candidate will manage the contract administration of facade projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all contracts, claims, and notices are handled efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have experience in interpreting and administering head contracts and managing subcontractor agreements. They will also be able to read construction drawings and write detailed scopes of work.
* Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards)
* Previous experience in contract administration
* Strong knowledge of building legislation
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
