About the Role:
* The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a quantity surveying role and be proficient in using Cost X. They must have effective organisational and communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the team: Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
2. Cost Management: Manage cost planning, cost estimation, and cost management for multiple projects.
3. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project costs and tender documentation.
4. Feasibility Studies: Conduct financial feasibility studies and provide expert advice on contractual matters.
5. Expert Advice: Provide expert guidance on procurement strategies and industry standards.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry codes.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CostX and Excel.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
