About the role
As a Retail Store Team Member, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:
* Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
* Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
* Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
* Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all
We are looking for individuals who:
* Love Lindt Chocolate!
* Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment
* Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate
* Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience
* Previous barista experience desirable
* Flexibility to work hours that suit our fluctuating business needs, including weekends and
