This is a varied and busy role and amongst the many responsibilites you will be required to:
- Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all personnel related information
- Provide administrative support to the workforce management team including correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning and general office duties.
- Contribute to recruitment success and efficiency by ensuring interview sessions are well organised and recruitment processes are followed accurately and in a timely manner adhering to relevant guidelines and HR policies.
- Assist with payroll administrative tasks, utilising myHR system to upload payroll documentation and complete payroll audits and reporting.
- Assist with the effective and efficient maintenance of personal records, training records, filing and data entry.
- Utilise a range of specific information and technology systems related to Health Contact Centre workforce management including myHR, eDRMS, Genesys Workforce Management System
- Assist with the administration of team meetings including, but not limited to, scheduling, agendas, minute taking and relevant correspondence.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated proficiency or ability to rapidly acquire skills in the use of information systems and other computer programs
