Key Responsibilities:
Assist across all phases of the development lifecycle – from feasibility and acquisitions to delivery and settlementCoordinate planning applications, manage consultant inputs, and monitor development approvalsTrack budgets, cash flow, and key project milestonesSupport sales and marketing processes, including purchaser management and settlementsLiaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities to keep projects movingAssist with construction phase activities including site reviews, issue resolution and documentation

About You:
Minimum 2+ years' experience in an Assistant Development Manager or Development Support roleExposure to both front-end and delivery/development phasesTertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Planning or related fieldProactive, detail-oriented and eager to learnStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA passion for high-quality development and growth opportunities
