It will be involved in the education and supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate trainees.
The Cardiologist will report to the Chief Medical Officer.ResponsibilitiesBe part of the Senior Medical Team at BCH.Provide inpatient care to medical patients within credentialed privileges granted.Provide assessment services for patients attending the Emergency Department when required.If employed in a salaried capacity, provide outpatient services to referred patients.Provide consultative and medical management support to other specialists.Provide supervision and training to medical students, interns, registrars and other junior medical and nursing staff.QualificationsMBBS or equivalentFRACPRegistered by the Medical Board of Australia and not have any imposed restrictions on their practice by AHPRA
