Automotive Parts - Branch/Store Manager - BallaratOur client, located in Ballarat, is a leading supplier of a range of automotive parts to the mechanical, electrical and industrial trades.Automotive Parts SupplierBallarat locationGreat team & cultureOur client is seeking an experience Branch Manager to join their Ballarat Branch and lead their team to success.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily branch operations across sales, customer service, administration, warehouse and leadership functionsBuild strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and improve branch profitabilityLead and develop the branch team, including Parts Interpreters, Stores and Delivery DriversEnsure full compliance with OH&S requirements, maintaining a safe workplace and keeping all safety training up to date. Manage core administrative processes, including invoicing, credits, warranty claims and general branch reporting.Participate in Saturday morning rosters, as requiredExperience NeededWe are seeking a candidate with proven leadership experience with the ability to work with a driven and diverse team environment.
