The Principal Advisor provides expert strategic advice to the Executive Director Finance, Infrastructure & Procurement (FIPS) and the FIPS Leadership Team. The position assists the Executive Director in building the organisational structure & cadence to ensure excellence in proactive coordination of Leadership Team business and effective strategic relationships across the department and the Victorian Government. On behalf of the Executive Director, the role leads key strategic activities which align to DEECA and government priorities and projects. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or previous experience in working in large organisations or government is highly desired Experience with Finance or procurement functions, demonstrated experience in delivering strategic plans across organisations which led to transformational programs highly desired This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
