About the Role:
We are a trusted local domestic cleaning business seeking an experienced, reliable, and compassionate Casual Domestic Cleaner to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services, including specialised End of Lease cleaning and essential support cleaning for Aged and Disability Care clients. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to maintaining a respectful and high standard of work, whether you are working independently or with a team.
Essential Requirements:
* Current Police Check: Must be able to provide or willing to obtain a Current National Police Check (less than 12 months old) before starting.
* Essential Experience: Proven experience in End of Lease Cleaning is required.
* Care Experience: Experience or a demonstrated understanding of providing cleaning services to Aged Care and/or Disability Care clients is highly regarded.
* Reliability: Must be highly reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service and client confidentiality.
* Transport: Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a current driver's licence, with a willingness to travel for jobs out of town (mileage/travel time negotiated).
* Teamwork: Able to work effectively in a team for larger jobs and by yourself for solo domestic cleans.
* Local Knowledge: Must be a Wagga Wagga local.
* Availability: Ready to start in December 2025.
