About the Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals who can contribute to our team. As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced tradespeople on a variety of projects, including electrical infrastructure construction, three-phase motors and control switchboard installations, industrial wiring, and maintenance of high voltage water supply pumping stations.
Key Responsibilities
* Work on electrical infrastructure construction projects, developing skills in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment
* Develop skills in three-phase motors and control switchboard installations, industrial wiring, and maintenance of high voltage water supply pumping stations
* Collaborate with other trades across mechanical, instrumentation, data communications, and automation systems
Requirements
* Australian citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident status
* Current Driver's License (Red P's or more)
* Ability to commit to study requirements and complete training in a timely and organised way
* Safety-conscious and committed to working safely for yourself and others
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work effectively in a team environment
