Zupps Group is on the hunt for a motivated Sales Trainee to join our high-energy New Vehicle Sales team, working with some of the most trusted brands in Australia – Suzuki, Honda and Subaru.

🚀 About the Role
As a Sales Trainee, you’ll learn the ropes of automotive sales while helping deliver an outstanding customer experience. No two days are the same, and you’ll be gaining hands-on experience while developing skills that will set you up for future success.
You’ll be:
* Creating engaging, memorable experiences for customers
* Learning how to build rapport and communicate with confidence
* Supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey
* Assisting with vehicle deliveries and learning product features & benefits
* Keeping customer information up to date in our DMS
* Learning how to manage your time, follow sales processes and hit targets
* Growing your confidence in a busy, high-performing environment

You don’t need sales experience — attitude is everything.
You’re someone who:
* Is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn
* Enjoys talking to people and building connections
* Takes pride in punctuation and presentation
* Has a strong work ethic and a positive mindset
* Is open to feedback and happy to learn from mistakes
* Can adapt quickly with a can do attitude
* Wants a real career, not just a job
✅ Must Haves
* Full and current Manual Driver’s Licence
* A genuine interest in cars and customer service
* Ability to work Saturdays
* Motor Salesperson/Dealer Licence – not essential to start, but will be required later (we’ll guide you)
