The National Manager, Data Products is a senior leadership role at the forefront of DFR's data-led transformation. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data, Analytics, AI, and BI products, ensuring they deliver measurable impact and align with enterprise goals. Working closely with senior leaders, ADF executives, and business stakeholders, you'll embed data into core workflows, turning complex information into trusted, high-value products that accelerate decision-making. Leading a high-performing team, you'll drive cultural uplift with data, foster adoption, and establish a data product operating model that supports DFR's mission and strategic objectives.

Job Description

The National Manager Data Products is responsible for driving the data-led transformation journey - owning the vision, roadmap, prioritisation, success, and adoption of Data, Analytics, AI, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualisation products - enabling key DFR functional areas to make smarter, faster, data driven decisions in support of the DFR mission and purpose.

This role sits at the intersection of impact, adoption, and data. You'll work closely with key leaders across functional domains, including head of functions, ADF executives, and business stakeholders to ensure that DFR's data products directly contribute and support achievement of all relevant KPIs for Adecco DFR.

You will:

* Own the whole of business data vision, strategy, and roadmap for DFR data products, ensuring an enterprise lens that aligns data transformation to DFR's key enterprise goals.
* Define and measure success, linking data product outcomes to DFR enterprise goals.
* Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery, experimentation, delivery, adoption, and embedding into business workflows.
* Embed data led initiatives as a core value and shared accountability across leaders and teams
* Prioritise new opportunities (impact, effort, risk) by deeply understanding our stakeholders and monitoring emerging opportunities and challenges.
* Establish a data product marketplace as a familiar resource for discovering, understanding, and selecting data products to meet data consumers' needs.
* Partner with internal stakeholders using design thinking to increase adoption of data products and enhance feedback loops and mechanisms.
* Deliver technical and cultural uplift, adoption and facilitate methods to diagnose current state barriers and shape a data products operating model to achieve DFRs enterprise goals
* Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly to all levels, from delivery teams to executives.
* Identifying opportunities to productise data and leverage data assets to improve new and existing features that exceed our customers' expectations.
* Adhere to relevant Defence, Commonwealth, and Domain specific policies and procedures.
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, delivering strategic advice and guiding them through their Data and AI journeys

Candidate's Profile

If you have worked in a similar position or just looking for your next opportunity that will make an impact, we want to speak with you.

Your background will demonstrate:

* 8+ years' experience driving cross-functional transformation across executive, operational, leadership, and front-line teams
* 6+ years' experience managing and leading teams
* 6+ years of experience working in complex, regionally distributed organisations, with a track record of delivery and excellence
* Skilled at facilitating co-design of solutions, and securing adoption across executives, leaders, and frontline colleagues, including relevant diagnosis of blockers and challenges
* Proven ability to lead cross functional transformation, translating strategic goals into data products, with stable and measurable delivery roadmaps.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational, storytelling, project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
* Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions and stakeholders within a nationally dispersed environment.
* Demonstrated people leadership capability, including coaching and developing a high performing team
* Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data, Change, Communications, or Business
