Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our Service Desk team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality support to clients and ensure that KPI metrics are met and exceeded.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Service Desk Lead to ensure that all client requests are triaged and escalated accordingly. This will involve creating and maintaining high-value work instructions, processes, and procedures for fellow team members.
You will also be responsible for performing PC support, including desktop deployments, rebuilds, repair, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will update and maintain various ICT assets in an asset management database, including spot-checks and audits.
About You
We are looking for an individual who has demonstrated experience in relevant ICT environments. You should have knowledge of Windows operating systems and familiarity with Linux (Red Hat) and Agile/Scrum methodology.
You will also need to possess experience in change management and configuration control, as well as knowledge of cyber security and Information Systems Security Policies and Procedures.
