Multiwest is the Western Australian division of Multiquip Poultry Pty Ltd. Multiquip is a leading transport, logistics, and engineering provider within the poultry industry. We specialise in the transportation of live birds from farms to processing plants.
Currently located in Welshpool, our site is moving to Landsdale at the end of March 2026. Initial training would need to commence in Welshpool.
Our office is staffed by a small, close-knit team and we are looking for someone who would enjoy learning the many diverse tasks that this role will entail.
Your Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage end-to-end administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Prepare Payroll information for processing
* Manage the entry and maintenance of employee information and employment documentation across multiple systems (Greentree, Gearbox, Kronos)
* Assisting with employee requests and queries.
* Ordering and restocking of stationary, cleaning supplies and amenities.
* Managing uniform requests
* Assisting with onboarding and training.
* Assist in preparing and maintaining various reports.
* Provide administrative support to the team.
* Be trained in alternate roles to cover leave.
* Complete data entry, filing, and general office administration tasks.
* Completing all additional duties as directed.
About You:
* Experience in office administration, with exposure to working alongside blue-collar workers (desirable).
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Ability to meet deadlines and perform well in high-pressure environments.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Intermediate computer proficiency, including experience with Excel and Word an advantage.
* Pro-active approach
* Ability to maintain Confidentiality
* Good customer service skills.
* Previous experience within the transport sector space is advantageous.
* Logistics or operational experience highly desirable
