**General Maintenance Person**
- General Maintenance Persons work in a small close team to maintain our buildings, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings across our Hotel. A varied role, where no 2 days are the same.

**What you will be doing**:
- Maintaining fixtures, fittings and operations within the hotel, which includes a restaurant and bar, 7 function rooms, 286 guest rooms, a pool and a gym, to ensure outstanding experience for all our guests.
- Basic activities including carpentry, plumbing, painting and general repairs (no trade qualification necessary).
**Your experience and skills include**:
- Opportunity for someone looking to expand their maintenance / engineering career
- Perhaps you have a background in painting and decorating
- Handy with tools and want to make this a job
- Drivers license desirable, but not essential
**Your team and working environment**:
- Be part of a small team who work together to help and support each other contributing to successful functioning of the hotel
- Reporting to the Director of Asset Management
