Job Title: NDIS Program Officer
's primary objective is to deliver services that improve quality of life, contribute to program design, coordination, and review, and participate in meetings with clients' families and other service providers. The role requires facilitation and support for clients with personal care, including daily personal activities, and provision of behavioral support for participants with complex needs. There are several key responsibilities associated with this position:
* Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver employment skills maintenance and development services.
* Contribute to the design, coordination, and review of programs.
* Facilitate and provide support for personal care requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling them to build relationships with clients, families, and service providers.
