Customer Care & Marketing Assistant

This is a full-time job based in an office, so you'll need to be based on the Gold Coast or in Brisbane.
Grace Cosmetics is a Gold Coast based, Australian owned, international skincare company which was established over 40 years ago by the founding family. Grace is passionate about natural and botanical, aloe vera based skincare and our unique products are made on the Gold Coast in our TGA & Australian Certified Organic (ACO) facility. BUT... we are currently missing a piece of our team and hope you might be just who we are looking for!
The role:
Your role will be a 50/50 split between customer care and marketing support.
Customer Care responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer general enquiries
* Communicate with customers via phone, live chat, email and social media
* Assisting with reception walk-ins and click-and-collect order collection
* Customer order taking & resolving customer enquiries and complaints
* Check online orders, troubleshoot order issues, process credits, refunds or exchanges
Marketing support responsibilities:
* Monitoring, responding and commenting on outward-facing social accounts to assist Marketing
* Working under the direction of marketing to plan, schedule and manage social media
* Working alongside designers to create on brand content for various platforms
* Own the influencer space, nurturing current relationships and sourcing and onboarding
* Assisting marketing in onboarding salons/stockists
Advantageous
Ideally, you will have an understanding of or experience in:
* Salesforce customer management database
* Knowledge of social media & influencers
If you don't have this experience, that's okay. Most important is a willingness to learn more.
Required skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
* Computer proficient
