Responsibilities
* Plan, monitor and update project programs, forecasts, and reporting
* Coordinate procurement, plant, materials, and site resources
* Track productivity, programme performance, and key project milestones
* Support progress claims, variations, and cost tracking
* Build strong client relationships and attend site meetings
* Drive safety outcomes through risk management, audits, and site presence
* Oversee quality assurance processes, including ITPs, NCRs, and documentation
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth project delivery
* Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
* Work across multiple project sites in VIC and NSW, including regional locations
Qualifications
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Proven experience as a Project Engineer in civil construction
* Solid understanding of construction methodologies, specifications, and QA processes
* Ability to manage programmes, procurement, and site coordination
* Sound commercial awareness with experience in cost tracking and reporting
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive, problem‐solving mindset with a hands‐on approach
* Current driver's licence
* Willingness and ability to work regionally across VIC and NSW is essential
