Job Title
We are seeking a motivated and skilled leader to oversee the daily operations of our store and kitchen.
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen.
* Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., COGS financial & rostering.
* Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
* Deliver food quality & safety standards.
* Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies.
* Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
* Discussing food preparation issues with staff.
* Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
* Assisting with the training of staff.
Key Skills
* Motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands on.
* Possession of passion for food and restaurant operations.
* Positive attitude with ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
* Restaurant or Kitchen Management experience: 2 years minimum (Preferred).
