Your Role
As a Speech Pathologist at one of our Maroochydore clinics, you will work across a combination of clinic and mobile services. We offer flexibility, with full-time or part-time hours available, or perhaps a 9-day fortnight.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
* Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and adult caseload – providing direct, family based and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities
* Day-to-day in the role will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention, working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes
* Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support
* Ongoing evaluation, training and review to ensure the delivery of quality services to clients
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration
* A passion for working with individuals who have disabilities to help each client achieve their own goals, potential and participate in their community in a way that is meaningful for them
* Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
* Effective time management and attention to detail
* Passion for making a difference with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for clients and families
