Workforce Extensions Geelong are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker/Forklift Driver to commence with one of our long term clients ASAP.
The position will be based in South Geelong and will be responsible for the following;
- Assist in the movement of incoming and outgoing stock
- Cross checking orders with consignments
- Working to pick orders from sales and logistics team
- Represent the company responsibly in relation to workplace safety and customer service
To be considered applicants will be required to demonstrate the following skills, attributes and experience;
- Ability to move bulky items safely by using protected lifting practices and appropriate lifting devices
- Previous experience in warehouse/logistics environments
- Commitments to full time working hours (Monday to Friday) with strong reliability
- Strong customer service skills
- Forklift (LF) licence
**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Temp to perm
**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
**Experience**:
- Manual handling: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
