The Opportunity
We're hiring across three role streams, with multiple positions available in each depending on experience, availability, and fit.
* Sports Physiotherapists
* Student Allied Health Assistants (AHA)
Whether You're
* Early career and want to learn properly
* Mid career and ready to step up
* Or experienced and keen to lead programs

You'll Work Across
* 1:1 rehabilitation
* Small group rehab and performance sessions
* Testing blocks using our full VALD performance suite
* Integrated gym based and clinical environments
You'll have structure, mentoring, and autonomy, without being thrown in the deep end or micromanaged.

We have mutliple paid casual roles available for Physio and EP students.
You'll
* Assist in rehab and performance sessions
* Support testing and data collection
* Operate recovery spaces
* Learn how to coach, cue, and communicate like a professional
All while working alongside senior clinicians who actually invest in your development.

Who We're Looking For
* AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist or ESSA-registered Exercise Physiologist
* Confident in the gym, composed in the clinic
* Strong communicator who keeps patients engaged
Students & AHAs
* Currently studying Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
* Keen to learn by doing
* Reliable, curious, and coachable
Across all roles, we value consistency, curiosity, and good energy.
Bonus points if you enjoy data, can make patients laugh, or genuinely care about doing the job well.
