At the Doncaster Hotel, we are proud of our team and the experience we provide our guests. We are looking for an authentic, high‐energy Gaming Supervisor to join the family. This is a role for the night owls who thrive in the "graveyard" hours and take pride in running a seamless late‐night operation.
A day in the life of a Gaming Supervisor
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
About you
* You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
* You are a team player and are happy to work overnight Gaming shifts
* You hold current industry RSA, RCG and Gaming Licence qualifications
* You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
* Availability: We need someone with the flexibility for a variation of shifts, with a primary focus on our overnight/graveyard roster (9:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
Inherent requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
