What The Role Entails
* Customer Engagement & Enquiries: Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.
* Lead Management & Follow-Up: Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
* Sales & Target Achievement: Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
* Product Knowledge & Promotion: Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
What We Are Looking For
* Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results
* Excellent communication skills
