**About the opportunity**
In this role, you will:
- Lead and execute comprehensive communication and change management strategies to support the Employee Payment Project.
- Engage with affected employees, ensuring clear and accessible information is delivered.
- Oversee the development of a dedicated project support web page and manage regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR, ER, and project teams to align change initiatives with project goals.
**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in change management and communications.
- Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives, with knowledge of methodologies such as ADKAR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex project details for diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration.
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels and driving engagement through all project phases.
**Note**: Some after-hours work may be required. The successful applicant will also need to provide a current National Police Clearance Certificate.
