About the Role
As the Senior Treasury Analyst you will play a key part in the execution and maintenance of structured finance transactions for BOQ Group. The role is key to the optimisation of funding structures to minimise costs of funds for the Bank.
Your responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to:
1. Assist in BOQ’s structured financial market transactions.
2. Ongoing management of transactions in accordance with legal documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Work collaboratively with all stakeholders including the Arranger, Joint Lead Managers, Rating Agencies, Trustees and Investors to execute the trade.
4. Ongoing improvements and automation of reporting and procedures.
5. Identify, assess risks and ensure risk mitigants are implemented and documented.
6. Preparation of annual renewals of existing transactions.
7. Maintain client relationships.
About you
In the successful candidate we will be looking for the following key experience and skills:
8. Tertiary qualification, preferably in finance, banking, economics or accounting.
9. Knowledge and understanding of securitisation will be viewed favourably.
10. Strong verbal and written presentation skills, along with project management skills.
11. Team player with attention to detail and a growth mindset.
12. Confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
13. Knowledge and understanding for governance frameworks.
14. Strong problem solving skills.
