Beaumont Tiles Warrnambool is seeking a motivated and capable Sales Manager to join our professional team on a full-time basis, leading daily operations
and supporting the growth of this well-established franchise in Warrnambool. Our Beaumont Tiles Store is the longest serving franchise in the Beaumont Tiles network, now owned by Bunnings Warehouse. We have held the franchise for over 30 years.
Duties & responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer outcomes
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and pursuing continuous
improvement
• Foster a customer service culture that consistently meets client expectations
• Oversee operational processes including advertising, merchandising, and
customer order fulfillment
• Maintain operations consistent with Beaumont's merchandising rules and
processes
• Manage day-to-day operations including inventory management and
administrative duties
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees while developing team
capabilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with management, staff, suppliers,
and customers
• Identify new opportunities and continuously improve processes
Reporting directly to the directors. No specific licenses or prior experience required – we can train the successful applicant with the willingness to learn
and grow.
