A professional painting company, located in Canberra that specialise in residential and commercial painting are currently looking for an Apprentice Painter to join their team. The company is offering above award wages for the right candidate.
As an Apprentice Painter & Decorator you will learn to prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, wallpaper and other finishes to protect, maintain and decorate interior and exterior surfaces of domestic, commercial and industrial buildings and other structures. You will also continue to work towards completing a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III Painting and Decorating.
To be considered for this vacancy you must be keen and motivated about starting a career with the business. You must be able to get to and from the office hub in Mitchell, however a vehicle and driver's licence is not compulsory. Good communication skills, reliability and commitment are a must. The employer is open to any age and apprentice year level for the right applicant.
