What is the Role and what will you be Responsible for?
* Job Costing preparation and invoicing
* Monthly Contractural Reporting
* Following up outstanding invoices
* Performing month-end accounting closes
* General Accounts Receivable duties
* Assist Financial Controller with weekly management reporting
* Performing online banking transactions
* Preparation of timesheets and Payroll processing
* Performing general administrative duties and providing administration support across all departments as required
* Responsible for payroll generation of payment files for upload to bank
Skills and Experience we would admire:
* Strong background in a finance/accounts. Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar roll.
* Experienced with Payroll processing and understanding Awards
* Experience in accounting programs ie MYOB
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail, excellent Exel capabilities
* Work well independently and within a team
* Have a friendly demeanor with a positive and mature attitude
* Enthusiastic, courteous and conscientious
* Use initiative and also be willing to seek help when required
* Payroll experience an advantage
