VCID We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
The successful applicant(s) will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide speech pathology services to patients requiring assessment, diagnosis and management of communication and swallowing disorders, working within both inpatient and outpatient settings for adults across the Rockingham Peel Group catchment sites. Successful candidates will ensure practice is in accordance with the Speech Pathology Australia Code of Ethics, the Speech Pathology Australia Scope of Practice and South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) policies and guidelines. Rockingham Peel Group is part of the South Metropolitan Health Service, one of the fastest growing health services in Western Australia and comprises two hospital campuses, Rockingham General Hospital and Murray District Hospital, in addition to community and mental health services across Peel, Rockingham and Kwinana. Murray District Hospital offers inpatient medical services, palliative care and allied health services.
