Embracia Moonee Valley ELC is under construction and due to open in October 2025 and is located in Avondale Heights. We are looking for a Centre Director to commission this service and build a team. Our new ELC is co-located under the same roof as our Embracia Aged Care home. Yes, we will be offering Intergenerational living and learning
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and values-driven Centre Director to lead our Moonee Valley service with integrity, vision, and a strong commitment to early childhood education. This is more than just a leadership role—it's an opportunity to shape the future of our brand service and help embed intergenerational learning into the heart of our community.
We are family owned, not corporate, and we're growing in both early childhood and aged care. We're proud of the relationships we build with our people, families, and community. Our new ELC is purpose-built and is due to open in October 2025, offering 120 places across inspiring indoor and outdoor environments. We aim to offer funded 3 and 4 year old kindergarten in 2026.

About You
You are a confident, capable, and emotionally intelligent leader with:
A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and VEYLDF
Proven ability to lead, guide, mentor, and uplift a team
A passion for documentation, compliance, and creating an exceptional learning environment
A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Experience in managing rosters, enrolments, and regulatory obligations
Current certifications including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management, WWCC, and Police Check
(Desirable) Food Safety Training and Supervisor Certification
