This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes Microsoft Azure, enjoys shaping architecture at an enterprise level, and can confidently partner with senior stakeholders to drive modernisation and cloud adoption.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading the end-to-end design of Azure-based solutions, spanning IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
* Defining Azure cloud adoption and migration strategies, including hybrid and cloud-native architectures
* Designing secure, scalable, and resilient solutions using Azure Landing Zones, networking, identity, and governance frameworks
* Establishing and enforcing Azure architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails
* Producing detailed solution architecture artefacts (HLDs, LLDs, data flows, integration diagrams)
* Presenting architectural options, trade-offs, and cost considerations to senior technical and non-technical stakeholders
What we’re looking for
* 10+ years in IT, with significant experience as a Solution Architect
* Come from a Development / Engineering background (Microsoft preferred)
* Deep, hands-on expertise across Microsoft Azure
* Strong experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native, and hybrid solutions
* Ability to influence architecture decisions and drive cloud standards across teams
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations
