3. Remuneration of $113,574 - $125,720 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Senior Advisor, Productivity and Automation, you'll be working meticulously with large datasets, providing specialist advice that shapes performance and drives impact. You'll support the team by delivering and tracking key metrics, developing dashboards and ensuring outcomes are achieved with accuracy and clarity. Beyond reporting, you'll play a vital role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement that will contribute to simplifying workflows, streamlining service delivery and delivering outcomes that make a real impact across the School Workforce Directorate.

About you

8. Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Essential requirements of the role

9. Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Data Analytics, Computer Science or a relevant discipline
10. Expertise across a range of HR functions, with a focus specific to this role on the planning and execution of business strategies.
11. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
12. Proficient in Power BI, SQL and/or Python.
