What You'll Be Doing:
* Own the end-to-end product strategy for the lighting and electrical range, setting strategic direction from early concept development through continuous improvement, refinement, and customer-focused optimisation.
* Work closely with designers, engineers, and suppliers to bring new products to life.
* Listen to the market; our customers, the industry, and your own experience to spot new opportunities.
* Guide product launches to ensure everything lands smoothly and hits the mark with real users.
* Keep an eye on product performance and drive improvements that matter.
* Provide technical insights, marketing support, and training for internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
* Suitable applicants will have a background in product management or marketing of physical products, or a passion for and understanding of electrical and electronic technologies.
* A strong commercial mindset and understanding of what makes products succeed.
* Demonstrated experience in product development, either through direct ownership or as an active member of a product development team.
* Knowledge of automotive electrical products.
* A collaborative approach and ability to work across multiple teams.
* A customer-first mindset.
* A genuine interest in outdoor and off-road lifestyles, including 4x4, camping, touring, powersports, and related activities.
