About the role
The Prospectors Club' is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Content & Growth Manager to join our team in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving the company's social media presence and implementing innovative strategies to grow our online audience and engagement.
What you'll be doing
* Create and curate compelling, on-brand social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok
* Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, follower growth and engagement
* Analyse social media performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Manage and grow our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices and advertising tools
* Assist with the creation and distribution of other digital marketing content such as newsletters and website updates
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role
* Proven track record of growing social media audiences and engagement
* Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, analytics and advertising
* Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Buffer
* Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box
* Highly organised with strong time management and multitasking skills
* Passion for the marketing and communications industry
* Strong Tik Tok and Reel editing skills
* Comfortable having a online personal brand
* Must have Australian work rights
