Hotel Operations Executive
The role of Hotel Operations Executive is a critical one, encompassing the overall management and direction of hotel operations. This includes managing front office, housekeeping, reservations and guest services departments to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services.
In addition to operational management, this role also involves overseeing budgets, revenue management, occupancy levels and financial reporting to drive business growth and profitability.
This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, induct, train, supervise and review the performance of operational staff. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with licensing, WHS, fire safety, hygiene and brand standards.
* Manage full hotel/motel operations including front office, housekeeping, reservations and guest services

The ideal candidate will have relevant AQF Diploma and at least 1 year of experience. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience may substitute the qualification requirement.
