The donuts don't stop here though. We also own iconic wholesale brands like Doughnut Time, Mr.Donut, Anytime Donuts, and Bay Bakery. We're spreading sweet & savoury vibes far and wide. You'll find our treats stocked in some big names — Starbucks, Coles, Reddy Express, Woolworths, Ampol, and bp — so whether you're grabbing a coffee, fueling up, or doing the weekly shop, a donut fix, or savoury treat is never far away

We're also proud to say our donuts have hit the big screen — with recent collaborations alongside

Netflix

(Stranger Things) and

Universal

(Wicked –Part 2). Beyond our own range, we also manufacture for some of Australia's favourite brands including Bistro Morgan, FROPRO, Mason Baker, and Tasty. At Daniel's Donuts, we're all about creating iconic treats that make every moment a little more fun. ??

We're also super pumped to recently this year to be announced as the official donut provider of the AFL, serving club-themed donuts at Marvel Stadium and across the country through our online store.

And now, we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help drive that next chapter of growth.


The Sales Manager (WA)

is our donut-loving deal-maker in the West — championing and growing our middle-market accounts, independent retailers, food service partners, distributors, corporates and café legends across WA. You'll hit sales targets (and maybe a few donut tastings), build genuinely strong relationships, and spot new opportunities before they're even on the menu. This role blends smart, strategic account leadership with upbeat, proactive business development to help power Daniel's next phase of delicious growth.


What You'll Be Doing (and loving)

Take charge of growing our middle-market accounts across WA — from independent retailers to café partners who keep their menus sweet with Daniel's.

Bring strategic Joint Business Plans (JBP) to life with key retail partners (because teamwork makes the donut dream work).

Build rock-solid, long-term relationships with accounts who love partnering with us as much as their customers love our donuts.

Smash sales targets and roll out account-specific growth plans that keep Daniel's front and centre.

Negotiate pricing, promotions, and new product launches like the commercial champion you are.

Team up with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver flawless execution — no donut left behind.

Keep a sharp eye on account performance, dig into sales data, and share insights that help steer smart commercial decisions.

Hunt down and secure new business opportunities across WA (your radar for growth should be as sharp as your taste for fresh donuts).

Boost Daniel's footprint in the WA market with tailored strategies for each sales channel.

Fly the Daniel's flag at trade shows, industry events, and networking moments — you're our brand champion in the West.


Commercial & Strategic Contribution

Share market intelligence and customer feedback to fuel business strategy and spark new product innovation.

Keep CRM records accurate, up-to-date, and ready to support forecasting and planning.

Partner closely with the National Sales Manager to make sure regional wins align with national commercial goals.


What You Bring to the Table (Besides a Love for Donuts)

3–5 years of experience in Sales Management, Account Management, or Business Development — bonus points if you've been in FMCG, food, or retail (extra sprinkles if all three).

A proven track record of managing middle-market accounts and driving serious sales growth — you know how to turn opportunities into wins.

Sharp commercial instincts and negotiation skills that would make even our pastry chefs proud.

Relationship-building superpowers and top-tier communication skills — people just like working with you.

Self-motivation, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset — you don't wait for the donut to roll to you.

An analytical brain with hands-on CRM and reporting experience — you know your way around the numbers.

A current driver's license and the willingness to hit the road across WA (the perfect excuse for a donut-fuelled playlist).
