As a Return to Work Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries achieve their full potential and return to work.
This rewarding position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload across the North East region of Victoria, providing psychological or physical supports to help clients live life to its fullest potential.
* Your duties will include case management, applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, and working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
* You will also be responsible for completing assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksites Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
Requirements
* A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA as an EP
* Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
* Excellent time management skills - able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
* A desire to problem-solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiative, and achieve results
* A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits

* A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle
