STRONG Pilates Rockingham & Secret Harbour are looking for a passionate, driven Head Coach to lead from the front, support and develop a high-performing team of instructors, and elevate the studio experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and tailored development plans
- Observe classes to uphold SOLID standards in delivery and energy
- Guide new instructors through onboarding and ongoing growth
- Host workshops and support skill-building via co-teaching
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and excellence across the team
- Drive Programming & Class Quality
- Be the go-to expert on STRONG formats and programming blocks
- Lead weekly team check-ins to prep for upcoming classes
- Coach instructors to deliver consistent, powerful sessions
- Teach & Lead From the Front
- Deliver exceptional STRONG classes each week
- Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and presence
- Assist in cover coordination and smooth studio operations
- Recruit, Onboard & Grow the Team
- Run auditions and help hire aligned, high-performing instructors
- Set clear expectations and support each new team member’s journey
- Facilitate growth within the STRONG network
- Build a motivated, engaged, and high-energy team culture
- Partner with the Studio Manager to lead with integrity and accountability
- Solve problems proactively and celebrate wins with your team
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in group fitness or Pilates instruction
- Proven leadership or mentoring background
- Strong knowledge of reformer Pilates and programming principles
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for coaching, education, and team growth
- Positive, proactive, and professional mindset
