The Opportunity
* Lead the supply planning process across the business, balancing capacity, operational variables, and customer forecasts
* Own the Supply elements of IBP and S&OE, partnering with Demand Planning, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance
* Develop and maintain stock policies, replenishment strategies, and run strategies across sites and 3PLs
* Drive KPI performance on stock availability, inventory management, despatch in full, and working capital
* Collaborate on product lifecycle planning, identifying risks and optimising inventory for new, existing, and phase‐out products
* Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, supply chain efficiency, and service delivery
Please note: This is a 12‐month contract position.
What You'll Bring
* Senior supply planning experience in FMCG, preferably in food, beverage, or dairy
* Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, manufacturing, finance, or related discipline
* Highly analytical with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Strong competency using business intelligence reporting tools, including Power BI
* Working knowledge of D365 & experience with implementations & system configuration
