We have an exciting and new opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our team at Gerald Slaven Ford in Phillip.
With our ongoing success we are now seeking applications to fill the role of Parts Interpreter to help deliver the kind of customer-care and experience we are famous for.
About the Role:
Duties will include, but are not limited to –
* Responding to parts enquiries
* Interpreting and processing orders
* Checking stock availability and delivery times
* Following up quotations
* Keeping customers up to date on their orders
About You:
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands the importance of providing amazing customer service in our dealership. To be successful in this role, you’ll also tick all of the following boxes -
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Have exceptional communication & customer service skills
* Thrive in a busy workshop customer orientated role
* Great problem solver
* Excellent computer and administrative skills
* Have a current full Australian driver’s license
* Enthusiastic and flexible team player
