Group CRM Manager will add significant value through:
* Developing and executing integrated CRM strategies across email, SMS, and digital channels to drive retention and sales
* Using customer data and insights to inform segmentation, profiling, and targeted campaigns
* Identifying commercial opportunities and building business cases to drive customer engagement and growth
* Leading customer lifecycle strategy and delivering a seamless omnichannel experience
* Owning and optimising CRM platforms, database health, and marketing automation capabilities
* Driving acquisition, retention, and re‐engagement strategies across all brands
* Providing data‐driven insights and reporting to improve campaign performance
* Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution
* Ensuring strong data governance and compliance across CRM systems
* Building strong brand understanding and educating stakeholders on CRM strategy, automation, and customer engagement best practice
* Leading and developing the CRM team
What we're looking for:
An energetic and self‐motivated CRM specialist who is strategically minded but also able to be hands‐on. You must be passionate about acquiring, growing, and retaining customers through customer‐centric strategies that drive business growth. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and influence decisions across functions. This is an analytical position with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and will suit someone with strong commercial acumen.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in CRM strategy role, preferably in a retail environment
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or similar
* Strong expertise in CRM strategy, marketing automation, and email campaigns
* A data‐driven mindset, with the ability to analyse customer behaviour and drive insights
* Proven experience in segmentation, retention, and re‐engagement strategies
* Strong commercial acumen and problem‐solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
* High levels of autonomy, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure
* Confidence in learning and utilising new technologies
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills (internal and external)
