Developer Support Officer – Urban Utilities

About the role
This role is customer‐focussed and involves providing support to customers and team members for general development enquiries. You will assist on various services and provide technical guidance on the Developer Services Portal, focusing on the processing of development related requests and customer enquiries.
Responsibilities
* Process applications to access Urban Utilities water and wastewater networks, assisting customers with submitting, updating and uploading information into the Developer Services Portal.
* Request information from customers and technical specialists and provide process expertise in responding to customer enquiries and guiding efficient and compliant activity.
* Respond to issues such as portal and water approval support, payment‐related enquiries and complaints; escalating appropriately.
* Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
About you

* Previous experience with customer relationship management software.

Contract Details
This is a fixed‐term contract role until 24/07/2026. Although we cannot guarantee an extension, the Talent Team will work with you to find redeployment opportunities.
