You will be responsible for:
* Engaging customers and facilitating communication flow
* Assisting both front office staff and sales team
* Assisting back office staff and supply chain manager
* Providing general office support services, including: diary management, travel arrangement, managing and distributing calls
* Providing administration services, including; filing, photocopying and archiving
* Liaising with external service providers.
Preferred skills/previous experience:
* Automotive industry e.g. workshop, dealership, insurance
* Retail sales
* Administrative assistant
* Luxury goods or services sales
* Telesales / customer service
* Professional service intern (legal / accounting firm)
* Banking
* Medical Practice / Consulting
* Used / New car sales
* Any industry relevant exposure.
Selection Criteria:
* Previous experience in a busy administrative role
* Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office suite
* Strong communication and written communication skills
* Interest in industry, sales and or customer service focus
* Detailed with ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team.
Includes superannuation. Remuneration varies depending on experience and schedule.
