**The opportunity** 
The Employer Partnership Manager role has overall responsibility for managing the strategic partnerships with an assigned portfolio of employers. 
This position adds value by ensuring that our products and services are positioned and managed effectively at all employer levels. This is a critical role in ensuring UniSuper maintain and grows its member base in the face of growing market competition. 
By building strong relationships and delivering proactive, high-quality service and support, you will manage and influence a diverse group of employers with complex needs and expectations. In this role you will also work with internal stakeholders including Business Development and Partnerships, Advice and the wider Marketing & Growth team, to meet the needs of our employers. 
Specific activities will include: 
- Establish and maintain Relationship Management and Business Development Plans that engage key internal and external stakeholders in a strategic and systematic manner 
- Develop data, insights and competitive intelligence to inform and drive future strategy that drives growth and retention of members 
- Capture a major share of the pre and post retirement member funds under management through targeted member loyalty and retention strategies and advocacy activity 
- Coordinate and direct UniSuper's access and transactions for specialist member service delivery activity 
**About you** 
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environments and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. You have exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and influence stakeholders at the C-suite level. In addition, we are looking for someone with the following: 
- Extensive superannuation experience 
- 3-5 years experience working in a commercial environment with proven responsibility for building and maintaining critical relationships 
- Familiar with the concepts of building customer base loyalty and driving business development / sales growth 
- Outcome focused with an acute sense of working towards specific performance goals 
- Analytical and reporting skills 
- Ability to self-manage while working as part of a team
