Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, creating unique events and exceptional customer service.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.
- Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
Mandatory Qualifications
- RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)
- Approved Manager’s License
- Gaming Nomination & License
- Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) certification
- QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- QLD RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)
