Customer Service and Sales Consultant Role

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, empowering customers through outstanding customer service, and providing an exceptional in-store customer journey. The role involves delivering high-quality customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

* Annual fixed remuneration of $64,000 per year, with junior rates applying for those under 20 years of age.
* Penalty rates for weekday hours worked after 6 PM, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
