Duties/Key responsibilities Own and manage Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid identity and integrations Lead AD integration initiatives (including HRIS integrations and identity lifecycle management) Support and optimise core infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, and Azure Manage end user compute environment across Microsoft 365, Intune, and device management Drive automation and operational improvements using PowerShell Skills and experience Strong system administration background across infrastructure and end user compute Deep expertise in on-prem Active Directory and Entra ID, including hybrid identity design and support Experience integrating AD with business systems (HRIS or similar) Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capability Solid experience across Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and Azure environments Good understanding of networking fundamentals (ideally Fortinet) Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and work across BAU, projects, and occasional Service Desk support Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across technical teams Benefits 120-130K Super Flexible working arrangements Broad, hands-on role across infrastructure and end user compute Exposure to identity transformation and cloud integration projects Collaborative team environment with real ownership and autonomy
