The role
Your duties in this role will include but are not limited to:
Providing high-level admin and operational support to senior leaders and teams
* Managing complex calendars and diaries
* Booking and coordinating national and international travel
* Liaising with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
* Supporting day-to-day office operations and administration
* Pitching in wherever needed - because that's what teamwork is all about!
About you
* You've got 1-3 years of experience in an admin, team assistant or coordination role
* You have proven experience managing a complex diary
* You're warm, professional, and down to earth
* Available to work on a contract initially- with the opportunity to extend to a permanent position
